Deleting your ColorMist account

From the app

Open Profile, choose Delete account and confirm. The app asks you to sign in again first, because deleting an account is not something a stale session should be able to do.

Deleting the account deletes everything kept on our side under it: your coloring books, pages, colour codes, supplies, palettes, the pictures you added and your profile. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. The copy on your own phone is yours and is not touched; uninstalling the app removes it.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, write to [email protected] from the address you signed in with, or say which provider — Google or Apple — you used. The account and everything under it are deleted the same way, and you get a reply when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Everything: the account itself and every row and picture stored under it. Nothing is kept after deletion — there is no archive, no backup you could ask for later and no retention period.
