Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Darya Dziamidava about using ColorMist. Using the app means accepting them.
What you may do
Use ColorMist on your own devices, for as long as you like, for your own personal purposes. The app is licensed to you, not sold to you.
The account
Using the app requires an account - through Google, through Apple, or with an email address and a password. Only somebody who is 13 or older may create one.
The account is yours, and keeping access to it is up to you: look after the password, and the access to the mailbox or to the Google or Apple account you sign in with. Whoever signs in to it sees your shelf. The account can be deleted at any time in the app, on the profile; with it goes everything held under it by Darya Dziamidava.
What stays yours
Everything you put into the app - your books, pages, photographs, palettes and notes - remains yours. Darya Dziamidava claims no rights over any of it. Darya Dziamidava keeps a copy of it under your account for one purpose: to show it back to you, on this phone or on another.
Your data is yours to keep safe
The app holds the data on your device and a copy under your account. The copy is not a backup service: it repeats what you do, and a deletion on one phone reaches the other. If the account is deleted or access to it is lost, nobody can restore the data. Keep your own copies of anything you would be sorry to lose.
Catalogue requests
A request to add or correct a coloring book is read by a person. Darya Dziamidava may accept it, decline it or remove it without giving a reason - for instance because the book is already in the catalogue, or because the request is not about a coloring book at all. By sending a request you allow Darya Dziamidava to include the book's details and the cover in the catalogue that every user receives. Do not send anything you have no right to pass on.
What the app does not promise
ColorMist is provided as it is. It is a way of keeping track of a hobby, not a backup service, and it may contain faults; the account and the exchange with it may be temporarily unavailable. As far as the law allows, Darya Dziamidava is not liable for lost data, or for anything that follows from using the app or from being unable to use it.
Other people's work
Photographs you take of pages from coloring books are for your own use. Whether you may copy or share them is a question for the publisher of that book, and not something this app grants.
Ending it
Stop whenever you like by deleting the account on the profile. Uninstalling the app alone is possible too, but the account and its copy then remain until you delete them. These terms end with the account.
Changes
If these terms change, the app will ask you to read them again before you carry on using it.
